How to Make

  1. Cover your work area with newspaper.
  2. Fill a tray with shaving foam filling enough area to cover the watercolour paper.
  3. Squirt red, pink and purple paint on top of the shaving foam and swirl it using the end of a paint brush.
  4. Place a piece of A4 watercolour paper into the foam and paint mixture. Slightly push down in areas to ensure all areas of the watercolour paper are covered.
  5. Take the paper out of the tray and scrape off the excess foam and paint with a ruler or something similar e.g., cardboard.
  6. When the paper is dry, fold it in half and put your hand down on the paper with the thumb and first finger along the folded side and trace with a pencil and cut it out.
  7. Unfold the card and stick a photo to the back, filling the heart shape centre.
  8. Dot glitter glue around the edge of the heart.
  9. Using Glitter Foam Self-Adhesive Letters place and I and a U either side of the heart. To make the letter stand out layer the purple letters on top of black letters.
  10. Lastly, cut a length of ribbon and stick to the back using sticky tape.

Top Tip

Tie a knot at either end of the ribbon to make it more secure.
