How to Make
- Lay your stones on a shallow tray that you don’t mind getting paint on.
- Take two containers, one for blue and one for purple, and mix a little water into each until you get a honey consistency.
- Pour the paint over the stones alternating between blue and purple so that you get a swirly pattern.
- Whilst they are still wet, sprinkle a little glitter onto them.
- Once dry, dip a paintbrush into silver or white paint and flick the paint over the stones to create stars.
- When the stars are dry you can varnish your space rocks.
Top Tip
You could paint stones to leave around the park for people to find and enjoy, perfect for World Space Week.
